Return and Exchange

CS (Chic Supply) team offers a hassle-free return/exchange policy. Customer must mail back the return/exchange item(s) within 20 calendar days. The item(s) must remain unwashed, undamaged, unworn with all original tags attached. The customer can choose to exchange for the same product with different features or return the item(s) for store credit that can be used towards the next purchase. Any items with stains, marks, smears or tears in the fabric or tags cannot be returned/exchanged.
Gift cards, cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, body piercings, sale items, and items marked ‘final sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will need to ship the item(s) back to us (we will not pay for the cost of shipping). If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned/exchanged item(s).

Steps to follow:

  • Contact Chic Supply customer care team and communicate about your exchange/return concerns.
  • Securely repackage your merchandise with the item(s) that you want to exchange/return. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier bar codes from package.

  • Communicate with Chic Supply customer care team via email/WeChat and provide us with the tracking number of your parcel.

Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.

If you are approved, depending on your request, an exchange or a store credit will be issued to you. If it is a store credit, it will be sent to your email in a form of discount code, which can be used toward your next purchase.
